Since obtaining her Property and Casualty license in 2015, she has gained extensive experience in account management, leadership, and operations management. Building strong relationships is her passion, and she thrives in the ever-evolving insurance industry. 

Crystal is dedicated to her family and cherishes time with her son and nephew. During her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, and engaging in a variety of physical activities, including hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, yoga, and obstacle course racing.
